Yes. The bamboo cover zips off and is machine washable. The memory foam core should not be machine washed — spot clean only and leave to air dry fully before replacing the cover.

The bamboo fabric is naturally breathable and moisture wicking. Combined with the open cell memory foam underneath, it sleeps significantly cooler than a standard pillow. If you run very warm, pairing it with a cooling pillowcase will make a noticeable difference.
