Microporous material allows a small amount of airflow while still encouraging nasal breathing through the night. Hypoallergenic medical grade adhesive, easy to remove in the morning without skin irritation. 30 strips per box.

Apply to dry lips before bed. The microporous material allows slight airflow which makes this easier to adjust to than fully sealed tapes. Start with this version if you have never used mouth tape before. Build up to full nights over 1 to 2 weeks. Remove slowly in the morning.

The material has a microporous structure that allows air and moisture to pass through rather than trapping them against the skin. This makes it more comfortable for longer wear and reduces the chance of skin irritation overnight.

The adhesive is skin safe and designed to peel off cleanly. Residue is minimal. If you have very sensitive skin, test on a small area first. Most people with normal to sensitive skin use it without any irritation.
