In warmer months, yes. It is designed as a lightweight top layer for summer use. In cooler months it works better as an additional layer rather than a standalone cover. If you run very warm year round, it can replace a standard duvet entirely.

Machine wash on a cool gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener as it can coat the fibres and reduce the cooling effect. Air dry or tumble dry on low.
