Sleep tape for mouth breathers who snore, wake with a dry mouth, or want the deeper sleep that nasal breathing produces. Mouth breathing during sleep reduces oxygen uptake, increases snoring, and prevents the restorative sleep stages that nasal breathing allows. Medical grade gentle adhesive, hypoallergenic, comfortable enough to forget through the night. 30 strips per pack.

Ensure lips are dry and clean before applying. Place the strip centrally over your lips and press gently at the edges to secure. Start with shorter periods if you are new to mouth taping, building up to a full night over 1 to 2 weeks. Remove slowly in the morning by wetting slightly if needed.

Sleep tape is designed for gentle use on skin and is easy to remove. It is not suitable for people with severe sleep apnoea, significant nasal obstruction, or any condition that impairs nasal breathing. If you have any concerns about your breathing during sleep, speak to your GP before using it.

Each strip is used once. The pack contains 30 strips, giving you a full month of nightly use. The strips are individually sized for overnight wear and are not intended to be reused.

If it's not right, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No awkward questions. Just get in touch at hello@driftward.co.uk and we'll sort it.
